About the role
The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of engineering, infrastructure and construction projects. The role ensures safety, schedule, budget and quality compliance while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal departments, consultants, contractors, suppliers and clients; facilitate regular project meetings.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and monitor issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure contract compliance, manage variations, claims and contractor performance.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure quality, health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports and present updates to senior management.
