About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales & Customer Experience Programme in Cape Town. No prior sales experience is required – we provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop a rewarding career in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Deliver exceptional service to create a positive customer experience.
- Meet individual and team sales targets in a dynamic setting.
- Participate in continuous training, coaching and personal development activities.
Required profile
- Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- Valid South African ID.
- Enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude.
- Own a smartphone and possess a strong work ethic.
