Entry-Level Creative Designer

About the role

Agile Bridge is seeking an enthusiastic entry‑level Creative Designer to support internal and external marketing, brand and design initiatives. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career designer with 0–2 years of experience who wants to develop visual content across digital and print platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email, and promotional materials.
• Design website layouts, landing pages and other digital assets.
• Produce presentations, brochures, recruitment materials and internal communications.
• Support employer‑branding by creating content that showcases company culture and career opportunities.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate briefs into effective creative concepts.
• Assist with event branding, photography, and content creation, including travel to events when required.

Required profile

• Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Marketing or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional, internship, freelance or practical design experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for events.
