Enterprise Strategy Consultant

About the role

Join PwC SATIC’s South Africa Delivery Centre as an Enterprise Strategy Consultant, supporting clients in designing and delivering enterprise‑wide strategy and transformation programmes. You will work on complex business challenges, creating data‑driven strategies, operating models and business architectures that drive real, measurable benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of transformation programmes across various industries.
• Develop and refine client strategies and strategic plans.
• Design and implement operating models and business architecture.
• Manage project plans, including RAIDD risk, issue, assumption, dependency and decision tracking.
• Conduct business analysis, communication, stakeholder liaison and change monitoring.
• Apply change‑management techniques to ensure successful adoption.

Required profile

• QF Level 7 qualification or higher (South Africa).
• Industry‑recognised project or programme management certification (e.g., Prince2, MSP) – preferred.
• TOGAF knowledge is advantageous.
• Proven experience in transformation programme delivery, strategy development, operating model design, and change management.
