Enterprise GRC Manager – IT Audit Advisor

About the role

Scytale is seeking an Enterprise GRC Manager to act as an IT Audit Advisor for its customers. You will guide clients through IT audit processes, leveraging Scytale’s AI‑driven GRC platform to automate and streamline compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional IT audit advisory services, focusing on ITGC and SOX compliance for US‑listed companies.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients throughout their compliance journey.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of audit projects.
• Gather market feedback and drive product improvements based on customer needs.
• Communicate security compliance concepts and Scytale’s value proposition clearly to stakeholders.
• Produce well‑structured documentation, reports, and presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology risk, security compliance, GRC, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing compliance projects and audits such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Background in IT audit, including ITGC and SOX compliance for US‑listed companies.
• Deep understanding of PCAOB standards.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, GRC systems).
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines using tech tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, self‑starter attitude, and leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Law, Accounting, or Business.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSK, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CPA) are a plus.
