Enterprise Customer Success Specialist

About the role

OffSec is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Specialist to act as the primary liaison for its enterprise clients. You will guide new and existing accounts through onboarding, training, and certification adoption, ensuring they achieve their security education goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients and build strong partnerships with their stakeholders.
• Coordinate account setup, onboarding, and ongoing training utilization.
• Conduct regular review calls, provide updates on training and certification progress, and present outcomes to clients.
• Develop and track client success plans, aligning business goals with OffSec’s training library.
• Identify upsell opportunities and refer clients to sales when additional offerings are desired.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and follow escalation procedures to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts or customer success in a B2B environment.
