Enterprise Architect

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to lead the development and execution of our enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving technology innovation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align IT strategies and programmes with business goals, defining strategic runway themes and architecture roadmaps.
• Provide input for investment planning, align architecture initiatives with business planning, and support business case development.
• Maintain enterprise architecture views, artifacts, and repositories, managing architecture processes and change impact.
• Build and nurture the architecture practice, embedding architects and engineers, and overseeing architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Research emerging technology trends, assess feasibility, conduct proof‑of‑concepts, and support product and technology selection.
• Identify and mitigate architecture‑related risks, ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulations, and lead architecture reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise and solution architecture within an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance, risk management and compliance.
• Ability to communicate architecture principles, blueprints and standards to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in leading architecture capability building and managing cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Architecture modelling tools and repositories.
• Technology research and proof‑of‑concept execution.
• Risk assessment and governance processes.
