Enterprise Account Executive - Data Replication

About the role

Fivetran is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join its remote team. The role focuses on growing the high-stakes enterprise segment by targeting top-tier accounts and showing how Fivetran's data replication capabilities and its ecosystem, including its partnership with dbt Labs, solve infrastructure challenges for large organisations. It suits a seasoned sales professional who manages complex, long-cycle engagements and works autonomously while staying aligned with global revenue teams. After joining, candidates attend an intensive one-week in-person Revenue Bootcamp.

Key responsibilities

• Build a robust sales pipeline and close new business.
• Identify and secure high-value opportunities within named enterprise accounts.
• Explain the value of automated data movement to senior technical and business decision-makers.
• Run sales cycles of 90 to 180 days involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Guide prospects through procurement, including legal reviews and internal deal desks.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with internal champions.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of professional experience in enterprise-level new business sales.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
• Deep familiarity with the data, cloud or SaaS industry.
• Ability to turn technical features into clear business outcomes for C-suite executives.
• Strong strategic planning and communication skills, especially in large, complex organisations.
