Enrolled Nurse (OR Tambo)

About the role

TB HIV Care (THC) is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join its team in the OR Tambo district. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to high‑risk populations, including adolescents, sex workers and people who use drugs, under the direct supervision of a Nurse Clinician.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to patients living with HIV and TB.
• Conduct health assessments, administer medication and monitor treatment adherence.
• Educate patients and communities on prevention, treatment and care strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.

Required profile

• Registered Enrolled Nurse qualification recognized in South Africa.
• Experience or interest in working with high‑risk or vulnerable populations.
• Ability to work under supervision of a Nurse Clinician.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
