Enrolled Nurse

About the role

Mediclinic is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver safe, quality nursing care within its multidisciplinary teams. The role focuses on patient safety, accurate documentation and supporting a positive patient experience across the continuum of care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the multi‑disciplinary team.
• Identify, prevent and report risks to ensure patient safety.
• Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions.
• Participate in learning activities that build staff competence.
• Ensure all utilised stock and equipment are accurately charged.

Required profile

• Enrolled Nurse Certificate (essential).
• No minimum experience required; 1 year post‑qualification experience preferred for specialised units.
• Basic life support training.
