Engineering Staff – Facility Maintenance

About the role

This full‑time position supports the smooth operation of building facilities in Baguio City. The Engineering Staff member will conduct inspections, carry out repairs, and oversee preventive maintenance for a wide range of equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect generators, transformers, air‑conditioning, exhaust, fire‑alarm, pump, and lighting systems on a regular basis.
• Respond promptly to repair requests and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Supervise electrical wiring, cabling, and lighting installations throughout the building.
• Oversee tenant renovation works and verify compliance with approved plans.
• Check power and water meter readings and coordinate billing.
• Manage relationships with external maintenance agencies and monitor their work.
• Control tool, equipment, and parts inventory; verify deliveries and update records.
• Source supplies, equipment parts, and construction materials as needed.
• Prepare maintenance reports and handle any additional technical tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Any 4‑year engineering‑related degree or vocational training.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and high work ethics.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to be assigned to Baguio City.
