Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking and relationship building.
• Develop long‑term partnerships with engineering companies and candidates.
• Source, interview and assess engineering talent across multiple disciplines.
• Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement.
• Negotiate offers and provide market insight to both clients and candidates.
• Achieve sales targets while expanding your client base and earnings.

Required profile

• Ambitious, results‑driven individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented sales environment.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, technical or engineering sales, or any high‑performance sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
