About the role

Join Corruseal Group’s structured Engineer in Training (EIT) program and launch your engineering career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Over two years you will work on real production challenges, apply engineering theory, and develop the skills needed to become a professional engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Work on production, process, and engineering systems in a live manufacturing setting.
• Participate in problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis activities.
• Contribute to engineering and process‑improvement projects.
• Analyse equipment, production, and process performance data.
• Gain exposure to maintenance, reliability, and operational‑excellence practices.

Required profile

• BTech, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong academic performance.
• Willingness to learn, question existing systems and improve processes.
