About the role

Monaco Solicitors is seeking a qualified attorney to join its remote team and help build the next generation of legal technology. You will work alongside senior employment lawyers and a tech development team to transform legal expertise into AI‑driven tools that expand access to justice.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated legal chats, letters, and workflows for quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Design, test, and refine prompts that improve legal output.
• Translate traditional employment law processes into automated, AI‑driven workflows.
• Collaborate with developers and lawyers to implement and monitor improvements.
• Deploy new features and track user interaction.
• Stay current with UK and South African employment law developments.

Required profile

• Qualified Attorney, Advocate, or equivalent legal qualification.
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology and AI tools.
• Strong interest in employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
