About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Engineering Manager to lead and develop the Electronic Engineering discipline in line with product market requirements and the company’s long‑term business objectives. The role will drive engineering excellence across product design, development, systems engineering and technology advancement, ensuring delivery of innovative, high‑quality electronic products.
Key responsibilities
- Process ownership and engineering excellence
- Capability establishment and resource planning
- People leadership and team development
Required profile
- Minimum BEng in Electronic Engineering or Engineering Management
- Management training or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
- Previous experience managing an electronic engineering or technical team
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of electronic design principles and production methods
- Experience in technical management of electronic product design
- Understanding of firmware and electronics development lifecycles
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary product development and manufacturing environments
