eCommerce & Digital Marketing Growth Manager

About the role

Chommies is looking for an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Growth Manager to own and optimise its online commerce engine. Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with the Founder, Creative Director and Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end performance of the Shopify stores, driving traffic, conversion and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage two Shopify stores – product listings, pricing, inventory, collections, navigation and merchandising.
• Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies, create and optimise landing pages, banners and seasonal layouts.
• Plan, launch and monitor paid media campaigns on Meta and email marketing via Klaviyo.
• Lead conversion rate optimisation through audits, hypothesis testing and UX/UI improvements.
• Oversee integration between Shopify, Cin7 ERP and marketing platforms, ensuring accurate data flow and order fulfilment.
• Mentor the eCommerce Coordinator and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital touchpoints with brand standards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, commercially minded professional with proven experience in eCommerce operations and digital performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to report channel profitability to leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work with design, product and sales teams.
