E-commerce Sales Associate

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a motivated Remote E‑commerce Sales Associate to drive revenue growth by consulting and selling our high‑performance solutions to online retailers. You will work independently, managing the full sales cycle and positioning our platform as a key driver of client success.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales pipeline: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Act as a strategic consultant, identifying e‑commerce challenges such as cart abandonment and low conversion rates and presenting tailored solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Deliver compelling virtual presentations and product demonstrations to decision‑makers.
• Handle objections by articulating clear value propositions and differentiating TalentPop’s offering.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 1+ year of proven experience in sales, business development, or high‑pressure customer‑service roles.
• Strong familiarity with the e‑commerce ecosystem and platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
• Self‑starter attitude, highly motivated to achieve results in a remote environment.
