E-commerce Operations Coordinator

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing e‑commerce marketing agency, is looking for an Operations & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support its TikTok Shop and affiliate campaigns. Working remotely, you will act as the right‑hand to TikTok Shop specialists and account managers, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day logistics and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics for affiliate marketing and TikTok Shop campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Communicate with influencers and affiliate partners on onboarding, requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Track campaign progress, maintain documentation, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Support account managers with operational and administrative tasks, including e‑commerce store management on Amazon, Shopify and other marketplaces.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, follow up with clients, creators and internal teams, and drive resolutions.
• Identify process improvements and help streamline internal workflows.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly proactive, persistent, and able to follow through on multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
