Dutch-Speaking Call Center Agent

About the role

WNS Global Services, a global Business Process Management (BPO) provider, is hiring a Dutch-speaking Call Center Agent in Claremont, South Africa. The role covers transaction processing, customer query resolution and collections on utility and energy services, with work done by voice, email and correspondence.

Key responsibilities

• Process transactions such as tenders, quotations, renewals, credit checks, account setup, billing and invoicing, disconnections, terminations, refunds and re-energizations
• Handle customer queries and complaints by phone, email and letter, liaising with internal and external parties and using system data to support billing and collections
• Make and receive calls to collect cash while retaining customers, and minimize bad debt write-offs
• Update customer and company information on the relevant systems

Required profile

• Dutch speaking
• Able to travel between WNS sites locally when required
• Own transport
