About the role
SGS, a global testing, inspection and certification company, is hiring a driver in the West Rand District Municipality area. The role provides reliable and courteous transportation of goods, with safety as a top priority.
Key responsibilities
- Perform various tasks relating to the transportation of goods.
- Perform deliveries and/or collections as and when required.
- Operate and maintain records.
- Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by the direct line manager.
- Ensure the cleanliness of company vehicles.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid Code 10 driver's licence.
- At least 3 years' driving experience.
- Willingness to work overtime.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of the Gauteng region.
- Ability to read maps and use GPS.
- Ability to read and write.
- Good communication skills.
