Driver (2 positions) – Ministry of Education & Training

About the role
The Ministry of Education and Training is seeking two qualified drivers to support its operations in Mafeteng and Maseru. Under the supervision of the Senior Self‑Reliance Officer, you will operate government vehicles and ensure reliable transport for official duties.
Key responsibilities
- Operate departmental vehicles for all authorised official duties.
- Transport officers to and from official destinations safely and on time.
- Maintain the vehicle logbook and keep records up to date.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced, cleaned, and maintained in line with government regulations.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the appropriate authority.
Required profile
- Minimum COSC/GCE/JC education.
- Valid driver’s licence held for at least two (2) years.
- Ability to work under general supervision and follow directives.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics (advantageous).
