Dispatch Clerk and Marketing Support

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Clerk who will also provide light marketing support. The role combines accurate order processing, warehouse coordination and basic social‑media duties to help maintain a smooth flow of goods and a positive online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and dispatch customer orders on time, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
• Check stock against invoices and delivery notes before dispatch.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers and warehouse staff.
• Maintain dispatch records, filing systems and assist with stock counts.
• Capture dispatch information in the company system and report any damaged or missing stock.
• Assist sales staff with order readiness and customer collections.
• Take photos of new stock, promotions and in‑store displays and post approved content on Facebook.
• Respond to basic customer queries on social media under supervision.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and support other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using a dispatch management system.
• Positive attitude, reliable attendance and willingness to assist across functions.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social‑media platforms (e.g., Facebook) for posting content.
• Basic use of dispatch or inventory management software.
