About the role

At Tashas Rosebank we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The role is essential to maintaining a clean and efficient environment that enables chefs and front‑of‑house staff to deliver the high‑standard hospitality our guests expect. You will work closely with the kitchen crew, ensuring all equipment and service items are ready for each service period.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, rinse and sanitise crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans and other kitchen equipment throughout service.
• Return clean items promptly to the appropriate kitchen and service stations.
• Maintain an organised and well‑stocked dishwashing area, supporting chefs as needed.
• Keep all kitchen work areas, dishwashing stations and storage spaces clean and free from hazards.
• Dispose of waste and recycling in line with company procedures.
• Perform routine deep‑cleaning tasks and ensure cleaning equipment is stored correctly.
• Report any equipment faults, maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to support the wider team and contribute to a collaborative culture.

Required skills

• Experience with commercial dishwashing equipment and sanitation procedures (preferred but not essential).
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
