Director of Learning Strategy – Remote

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior academic leader to drive its evidence‑based learning model worldwide. You will translate learning‑science research into operational systems, standardise execution across partner schools, and act as the public face of the movement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement academic structures that turn learning‑science principles into curriculum, student‑engagement, and technology roadmaps.
• Conduct execution assessments with school heads to ensure alignment, accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews and observations into comprehensive evaluations, identifying obstacles and recommending targeted solutions.
• Maintain strategic cohesion through structured planning, continuous feedback loops and progress benchmarking.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at high‑profile forums, delivering keynotes and engaging with national education authorities.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of building and scaling evidence‑based academic programs with measurable impact.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
