Director of Learning Strategy

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior academic leader to shape and execute its evidence‑based learning model. The role is fully remote and focuses on turning learning‑science principles into operational excellence across multiple school environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operationalize academic frameworks that embed learning science into curriculum, motivation systems, and digital applications.
• Lead execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistent results across schools.
• Conduct data analysis, interviews, and observations to assess academic ecosystems, identify barriers, and recommend targeted interventions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback loops, and milestone tracking.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning publicly, delivering keynotes and engaging with ministries of education to promote systemic reform.

Required profile

• Proven track record of articulating and delivering a transformative academic vision with measurable outcomes.
• Direct leadership experience managing high‑performing teams.
• Deep, applied knowledge of learning science demonstrated through built systems and public credibility.
• Ability to diagnose execution gaps and drive continuous improvement.
