Digital Ordering Systems Administrator

About the role

Pedros is seeking a Digital Ordering Systems Administrator to join its Technical Team. The role will oversee deployment, administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s digital ordering ecosystem, including self‑service kiosks and customer‑facing ordering platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, deploy and commission kiosk environments for new stores, relocations and hardware replacements, ensuring readiness before launch.
• Perform remote software deployments, firmware upgrades and configuration changes with minimal disruption.
• Manage menu structures, modifiers, combo configurations and upsell journeys to optimise the ordering experience.
• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for kiosk, payment, software, hardware, network and integration incidents.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within agreed service levels and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Monitor system performance, generate reports on availability, transaction success, payment failures and usage.
• Maintain integrations between kiosks, Micros Simphony POS, Transaction Junction, loyalty platforms and other digital ordering solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and development teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements and manage issue resolution.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–5 years experience supporting kiosk platforms, POS systems or digital ordering technologies.
• Experience in retail, QSR or hospitality environments.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of kiosk platforms and digital ordering technologies.
• Experience with Micros Simphony POS.
• Familiarity with payment gateways and middleware such as Transaction Junction.
• Remote device management and software deployment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
