Digital Marketing Performance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Performance Specialist to own and optimise paid media campaigns that drive real impact for our insurance clients. You will work remotely while collaborating with the Honeyguide team to turn data into results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage end‑to‑end campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Monitor performance daily, analyse data and adjust tactics to exceed KPIs.
• Conduct A/B tests, experiment with new ad formats and scale successful ideas.
• Report insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in performance/paid‑media marketing.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and act on them.
• Self‑motivated, eager to take ownership of results and work in a fast‑moving environment.
