Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Peermont is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead its multi‑property digital ecosystem. Reporting to the CMO, you will shape strategy, drive paid media, and optimise the company’s online presence across hospitality and entertainment brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial digital strategy that enhances brand profile and supports all business units.
• Lead paid‑media planning and execution, ensuring campaigns meet ROI targets.
• Establish an internal direct‑buy capability with major digital platforms, managing budget, KPIs and optimisation.
• Maintain the corporate website, update content, and analyse web performance for actionable insights.
• Drive CRM initiatives, leveraging the loyalty programme to build a world‑class direct‑marketing operation.
• Create reporting dashboards that surface KPI performance for leadership and business units.
• Provide inspirational leadership to a growing team of digital specialists.

Required profile

• Business or commerce degree.
• 7–10 years of digital performance experience in a brand environment or ad agency.
• Proven expertise with Google Analytics 4.
• Solid understanding of SEO implementation and measurement.
• Hands‑on experience setting up and measuring campaigns on key digital platforms.
