Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

AirCounsel is seeking a senior digital marketer to own and scale paid acquisition across its two brands. This full‑stack, hands‑on role will manage Google, LinkedIn and social campaigns, build outbound email programmes and drive SEO while reporting directly to the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day management of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube): keyword strategy, ad copy testing, bid management, conversion tracking and asset optimisation.
• Scale LinkedIn Ads: campaign builds, audience targeting (job titles, firmographics, account lists), creative testing, lead‑gen forms and attribution.
• Build and run outbound cold‑email campaigns: list building, ICP segmentation, sequence writing, deliverability management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm‑up) and reply workflows.
• Own analytics and reporting using GA4, PostHog and conversion tracking across web and product; produce weekly pipeline contribution and channel‑level ROAS reports.
• Manage Meta, Instagram and other paid social channels where they fit the funnel.
• Build, send and optimise email marketing (nurture, lifecycle, transactional) and manage the CRM and marketing automation stack.
• Brief and review creative, producing it yourself or coordinating with freelancers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• At least 2 years managing Google Ads accounts with significant spend.
• Proven track record of building and optimising paid acquisition funnels end‑to‑end.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with GA4, spreadsheets and building dashboards to assess ROAS, CAC and LTV.
• Excellent written English.
• Based in South Africa and available 9 am‑5 pm SAST.
• Ability to work with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate output.
