Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Bestmed Medical Scheme is seeking an organised and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Pretoria. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating digital marketing activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and helping to boost the organisation’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor digital marketing campaigns, keeping deadlines and targets on track.
• Manage social media channels and review platforms to increase engagement and protect the brand’s digital reputation.
• Curate and publish content across owned channels.
• Oversee business review sites and respond to customer feedback.
• Maintain and update the company website.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Grade 12 with Mathematics (E or higher) or Maths Literacy (C or higher).
• Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
