Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

People Dimension, a leading health and beauty company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing team in Centurion. You will be responsible for creating and managing engaging digital content across multiple platforms while supporting broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create, design and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Produce graphics, videos, Reels, Shorts and promotional material aligned with the brand strategy.
• Write compelling captions, headlines and copy for social media posts.
• Schedule and publish content using approved social media management tools.
• Monitor comments, messages and engagement, maintaining the company’s brand voice.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on growth and engagement.
• Identify emerging digital trends and propose creative content ideas.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, events and training with digital assets.
• Coordinate photography and videography for products and company initiatives.
• Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely delivery of creative projects.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, photography, videography and social media content creation.
• Strong copywriting, visual communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Professional, reliable, creative and passionate about digital content.
• Valid driver’s licence.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from R 22 000 to R 27 000 CTC per month.
