Digital Learning & Engagement Manager (L&D – Wine & Hospitality)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing pan‑African beverage company as the Digital Learning & Engagement Manager. You will turn rich product knowledge and producer stories into engaging digital learning experiences for hospitality staff across Africa. The role is hybrid, based in Somerset West, with three days in the office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive, video and written courses that translate technical beverage knowledge into memorable learning experiences.
• Build and nurture a learner community using gamification, nudges and email marketing to drive course completion.
• Manage day‑to‑day administration of the Learning Management System, including configuration, user tracking and data analytics.
• Map progressive learning journeys that guide hospitality staff from beginner to beverage expert.
• Analyse learner data to continuously optimise content and platform performance.

Required profile

• Passion for wine, spirits and the hospitality sector, with practical knowledge of hotels, lodges or restaurants.
• Proven experience in instructional design, digital course creation and hands‑on LMS administration.
• Ability to craft compelling stories and market courses, including audience segmentation and automated email campaigns.
• Excellent written English and willingness to work on‑site three days a week in Somerset West.
