Digital Account Manager – Corporate Communications

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Account Manager passionate about strong client relationships and strategic digital solutions within corporate communications. You will manage global corporate clients such as Coca‑Cola HBC, Indivior, Burberry and Capita, overseeing website builds and ongoing digital engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the client relationship across all activities and act as a strategic partner.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s digital strategy and communications needs.
• Manage project delivery for website builds and day‑to‑day digital requests.
• Brief internal teams with clear requirements, deliverables and timelines.
• Manage client budgets, proposals, reconciliations and purchase orders.
• Liaise with external suppliers and partners to ensure timely, in‑scope delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years agency or client‑side experience.
• Proven ability to interact with clients at various organisational levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing large digital build projects from inception to delivery independently.
• Strong knowledge of project‑management techniques for digital solutions (requirements, sitemaps, wireframes, analytics).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle conflicting priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with content management systems such as AEM.
• Proficiency with issue‑tracking tools like JIRA.
• Knowledge of QA techniques and processes.
• Understanding of W3C WCAG accessibility standards.
