Diamond Drill Operator

About the role

We are looking for experienced Diamond Drillers and Diamond Drilling Supervisors to join our mining and exploration drilling operations in Papua New Guinea. The role involves operating drilling rigs safely, delivering high‑quality core samples, and supporting project objectives in a remote mining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain diamond drilling rigs on underground and surface sites.
• Produce quality core samples and meet daily drilling targets.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Follow all site safety standards and operational procedures.
• Supervisors: lead drilling crews, coordinate daily activities, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and prepare operational reports.

Required profile

• Proven diamond drilling experience in underground and/or surface operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory drilling role.
• Strong technical, safety, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in remote mining environments.
• Applicants must be nationals of the Philippines, Malaysia or Indonesia.
