Demand Planner – Consumer Products Division

About the role

As a Demand Planner for the Consumer Products Division, you will be the central link between Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and optimal product availability for iconic brands such as L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline New York and Dark & Lovely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop statistical baseline forecasts, clean historical data and manage demand signals.
• Maintain and update forecasting tools (FuturMaster, SAP IBP) on weekly and monthly horizons.
• Analyse forecast accuracy and bias, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Lead monthly S&OP consensus meetings with cross‑functional teams.
• Challenge commercial inputs, market trends and promotional uplift assumptions with data‑driven arguments.
• Collaborate on new product launch assumptions and monitor early sales performance.
• Model promotional demand with Key Account Managers and ensure execution on the retail floor.
• Monitor inventory health, manage slow‑moving and obsolete stock, and support SKU rationalisation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in demand planning or forecasting.
• Ability to work collaboratively across Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving skills.
