About the role
We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to transport groceries to customers safely and on time. The role involves handling orders, following safety protocols, and using a smartphone app to record deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver groceries to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
- Review and verify orders and delivery instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Follow safety protocols and adapt driving to road conditions.
- Lift and carry items up to 15 kg as required.
- Maintain delivery logs and records using a smartphone application.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks.
- Provide courteous service and address customer inquiries.
Required profile
- Highly responsible and reliable with a safe driving record.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Committed to providing great customer service.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Team‑oriented and able to work cohesively with others.
- Ability to adapt to varying road conditions.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone application usage.
