Dedicated Adviser Support Executive

About the role

The Dedicated Adviser Support Executive provides one‑to‑one administrative and processing support to a Senior Adviser in mortgages, protection and later‑life business, ensuring the Adviser can focus on client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately key mortgage applications using lender portals and internal systems, preparing submissions and maintaining documentation.
• Support case administration by reviewing client information, requesting missing documents, and keeping internal systems up to date.
• Assist with later‑life and protection business by gathering client data, completing compliance forms, and liaising with providers.
• Manage the Adviser’s pipeline, diary and priorities, proactively handling routine tasks and communications.

Required profile

• Highly organised, reliable and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work closely with a single Adviser.
• Comfortable handling multiple systems, lender portals and detailed financial information.
• Capable of managing several tasks simultaneously and following through to completion.

Required skills

• Experience in mortgage administration, processing or financial services.
• Familiarity with UK mortgage application processes and lender portals is advantageous.
• Ability to use mortgage CRM or similar financial services systems.
