Debtors Supervisor – Bulk & Corridors SA

About the role

The Debtors Supervisor will lead a team responsible for accurate customer billing, debt collection and reporting for Bulk & Corridors SA. The role ensures compliance with operating procedures and supports managerial decision‑making through timely financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Execute own and team work according to operating procedures, service level agreements and governance standards.
• Monitor, analyse and report transactional activities to provide timely insights for decision‑making.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver daily to three‑month activities, ensuring operational objectives are met.
• Lead learning interventions to foster a development culture within the team.
• Coordinate daily work to prevent financial losses and exceed internal and external customer expectations.
• Resolve escalated debtor queries and allocate payments or remittances.
• Maintain, follow up and report on debtor age analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (NQF Level 7).
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of tactical leadership or specialist experience.
• Willingness to travel to Bulk & Corridors SA operating sites and depots.
