About the role
Westvaal Menlyn is seeking a strategic leader to take charge of its Stellantis dealership. The role focuses on driving growth, profitability and customer satisfaction across all business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise profitability and business growth.
- Lead and support all departments, ensuring they meet operational and business targets.
- Set optimal staffing levels and oversee maintenance, repair and upgrade of assets.
- Champion customer satisfaction and act as the external face of the organisation.
- Monitor financial performance indicators and produce factual reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent NQF Level 7 (advantageous).
- Minimum 5 years' management experience in the motor industry.
- Experience with Stellantis brands (advantageous).
- Strong consultative and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven business acumen.
