About the role
You will join a large international retail and e‑commerce company as a hands‑on Data & Solutions Analyst, focused on building practical solutions rather than just reporting problems.
Key responsibilities
- Identify gaps in how the business uses data and develop tools to close them.
- Create dashboards, tools and automations that become essential for daily operations.
- Translate business questions into working solutions instead of slide decks.
- Prototype quickly, iterate fast and prioritize shipping functional fixes.
- Collaborate across teams to understand problems from the ground up.
Required profile
- Built a tool, script or automation driven by a real problem.
- Comfortable with SQL, Python or similar languages and know when to apply each.
- Quickly learn new tools and make them useful.
- Hold strong opinions on how processes should work and can back them up.
- Effectively communicate what you built and its impact to any audience.
