Data Program Manager – Lead Oracle ERP Data Workstream

About the role

The client is looking for an experienced Data Program Manager to lead the Phoenix Data Workstream throughout the full programme lifecycle. You will be the single point of accountability for planning, governance and delivery of data capabilities that support Oracle ERP, EPM, FCCS, EDM and related reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated Data Workstream plan, managing milestones, dependencies and delivery priorities.
• Coordinate data strategy, enterprise data management, master data governance, data migration, data quality and data architecture activities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end data migration, including extraction, transformation, loading, proving cycles, defect remediation and formal sign‑off.
• Manage inter‑dependencies with finance, technology, testing, integration, reporting and change workstreams, ensuring alignment with programme governance.
• Maintain Oracle EDM as the single source of truth, implement governance processes for chart of accounts, entities and hierarchies, and drive reporting readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of project or programme management experience, with proven delivery in large‑scale Oracle ERP and finance transformation programmes.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑engagement skills, able to influence executive sponsors, finance leaders and implementation partners.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and risk‑management capabilities within a complex matrix environment.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EPM, Oracle FCCS, Oracle EDM.
• Data migration, data governance, master data management, data quality and data architecture.
• Experience with ODP, Microsoft Fabric or enterprise data‑platform implementations.
• Vendor and system‑integrator management, particularly with Oracle and KPMG.
