Data Operations & Integrity Analyst

About the role

The Data Operations & Integrity Analyst will develop, implement and continuously improve standards, processes and controls that support the organisation's product information assets. Working closely with the Business Excellence Manager, the role translates business requirements into measurable solutions that boost data quality, governance and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product data standards, naming conventions and taxonomy structures to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Develop data‑quality scorecards, monitor catalogue maturity (Gold/Silver/Bronze) and drive root‑cause improvements.
• Track request quality metrics, improve input quality through templates and stakeholder coaching, and reduce rework.
• Build productivity models, dashboards and performance metrics to analyse workload, capacity and efficiency.
• Implement verification frameworks and sampling methods, identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Coach the Data Operations team on standards, analytics, SQL reporting and foster a culture of data ownership.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Data, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data management, PIM, business analysis or a similar role.
