Data Capturer – Fixed Term (Umzinyathi, Zululand & Amajuba)

About the role

TB HIV Care (THC) is seeking a Data Capturer on a fixed‑term contract to support its clinical outreach programmes in Umzinyathi, Zululand and Amajuba. The role involves recording client‑service data from mobile teams, maintaining electronic databases and ensuring data quality to support HIV and TB care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and enter clinical service data received from mobile and outreach teams.
• Maintain and update electronic databases with accurate records.
• Perform routine data quality checks for completeness, consistency and correctness.
• Verify data by liaising with relevant staff and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate basic data reports and assist with regular assessments.
