Data Capturer – Client Services

About the role

The Personal Lines Data Capturer – Client Services will handle inbound and outbound telephone interactions with MiWay’s client base. You will ensure service quality exceeds expectations while providing accurate product information and resolving queries efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Utilise the company’s IT systems to log interactions and retrieve accurate information.
• Provide product details in line with company standards and protocols.
• Escalate or refer calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 qualification.
• At least 12 months experience in a call‑centre or administrative role.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with IT systems.
• Self‑disciplined, motivated, analytical and results‑driven.
• Excellent active listening, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and handle pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
