Data Analyst

About the role

The Data Analyst will sit at the intersection of operations, growth and decision‑making for TooMuchWifi. You will maintain and improve reporting systems, support operational performance and turn data into clear, actionable insights for network operations, sales, collections and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily, weekly and monthly dashboards using Metabase and Google Sheets for Operations, Network, Commercial, Call Centre and Leadership teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, refresh reliability and dashboard usability.
• Monitor key operational metrics, flag anomalies and risks.
• Analyse performance across the customer lifecycle (lead – install – active – retained).
• Track and report on business metrics such as ARPU, churn, collections rate, bad debt and DSO.
• Identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities, delivering concise insights that explain what happened, why it happened and what to do next.

• Highly analytical and proactive with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with imperfect data and delivering insights quickly.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Ability to structure real‑world business challenges using data.
