Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to design and implement data visualisations and reporting tools that enable strategic insights into business operations and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence reports (sales, gross margin, budget vs actuals, production, cost variance).
• Provide reliable data insights to support decision‑making across the organisation.
• Identify inefficiencies in system operating protocols and propose improvements.
• Ensure system integrity, data governance and compliance requirements are met.
• Integrate systems through file exchanges, APIs or connectors to reduce manual workload.
• Develop adaptable programmes that evolve with changing business needs.
• Create clear documentation and deliver training for end‑users.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to gather requirements and continuously improve system performance.
• Maintain accuracy of master files/BOM and ensure latest costs are reflected in the system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Project‑management or systems‑implementation experience is a plus.
