Data Analyst

About the role

Our client, a global investment advisory firm, is seeking a Data Analyst to map and optimise complex business processes. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with technology and software teams to deliver high‑quality solutions that support their data‑driven strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise end‑to‑end business processes, identifying root causes of operational challenges.
• Apply systems thinking to design solutions that align with the broader technology and data architecture.
• Partner with technology teams to deliver system enhancements and manage small‑to‑medium integration builds.
• Ensure seamless data movement and integrity across platforms by reviewing APIs and ETL workflows.
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive consensus.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through UAT, release, and adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience identifying inefficiencies and optimising complex business processes.
• Strong ability to apply design and systems thinking to create effective solutions.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with technology teams on system enhancements.
• Solid understanding of data management, API integrations, and end‑to‑end workflows.
