About the role
This apprenticeship develops the practical skills and technical knowledge needed to operate and understand cheese manufacturing processes, while building the experience required to progress toward becoming a Process Leader. It is based in Queensburgh, KwaZulu-Natal.
Key responsibilities
- Study the theoretical aspects of manufacturing dairy and beverage products
- Carry out the practical tasks and instructions during the manufacturing process
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Comply with workplace safety requirements
- Ensure good manufacturing practices at all times
- Adhere to quality standards
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12 or equivalent, NQF4)
- No experience required
- Fluent business English
