Customer Success Manager

About the role

We Are Working (WAW) is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to act as the voice of the customer and drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. This remote position will involve building strong relationships, guiding clients to fully leverage our offshore staffing services, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing success.
• Identify customer needs proactively and provide tailored solutions and guidance.
• Enhance training programs so customers fully leverage WAW services.
• Serve as a customer advocate, feeding feedback into process improvements.
• Drive engagement, encourage upgrades, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Promote loyalty, trust, and transparency in all interactions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and create a seamless experience.
• Track, measure, and report on metrics such as satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles (managerial experience a plus).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
