Customer Success & Logistics Coordinator (High‑Ticket Client Experience)

About the role

This remote position is based in South Africa and focuses on delivering a premium experience for high‑value clients. You will guide customers from their first enquiry through purchase decisions to successful product delivery, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the journey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from initial enquiry to final delivery.
• Provide high‑quality support via phone, email and live‑chat, building strong relationships through proactive communication.
• Assist customers in purchasing decisions, delivering a consultative, premium experience.
• Follow up on warm leads, abandoned carts and inactive enquiries to drive conversions.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate high‑value product deliveries, tracking shipments and communicating updates.
• Collaborate with warehouses, logistics providers and delivery partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders and shipment details.
• Support reporting, documentation and administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
